Offering this early 20th century noise maker that was made for Halloween. The clapper works by being flipped side to side which causes the clown faces on each sid to slap against the cardstock handle making a loud clapping sound. Each is is marked "GERMANY" across the bottom of each clown face. Overall length is approx 6.5". Very minor wear as shown. No breaks/cracks or repairs.
