Vintage Royal Copenhagen Faience Tenera Series Hand Painted Serving Tray - image 1 of 4

From Royal Copenhagen of Denmark, an elongated serving tray designed by Kari Christensen for the Tenera line. The tray is just a bit over 12 inches in length, a bit over 6 inches wide and a bit under 1½ inches in height. On the bottom it's marked with the Royal Copenhagen logo of the company name circling a crown over a set of 3 wavy lines. The piece dates to the period 1969-1974. It's in good vintage condition. There are signs of use, most notably a chip to one of the support elements on the bottom of the tray. This doesn't affect its looks or its stability. There are other small scratches which do not affect its overall appearance, and no chips on the top. 804 grams
