This fun vintage Halloween paper mache or pulp egg carton type material candy container was done in the shape of a pail with a scary face painted on. It dates to circa 1990s, when we used to decorate a lot for Halloween when our kids were younger, and is a folk art hand made piece. Its in good condition with light wear where the wire handle goes in the sides. The handle doesn't stay up on its own, but it you bend the wire a different way, it might. Or, like us, you might display it with the handle down. Its 3 inches high and a3 7 3/8 inches in diameters across the top. Condition is very good with nice color and no damage.
