Fabulous necklace by Napier from the late 1970’s-early 1980’s has a goldtone flat chain with a large and elegant tassel.

This is a dramatic and eye-catching piece that is an excellent vintage condition. The chain is 22 inches and the tassel drops another 4 inches from bale to its ends. Marked “Napier” on clasp.
