Vintage Halloween Witch and Jack-o-lantern Noisemaker by T Cohn Made in USA

This metal noisemaker pictures a smiling witch, in a black outfit with stars, holding a happy Jack-o-lantern. This Halloween toy measures 5 1/4" x 2 3/4" and has a red wooden handle. It is made by T Cohn, although it is only signed Made in U.S.A. This noisemaker is in very good condition with minimal paint loss. Please see pictures.
