One of the original Hall of Fame Florida Highwaymen, Isaac Knight, has made fewer paintings than many of the other Highwaymen. His work is not seen as frequently as some of the others. While my collection of the Florida Highwaymen paintings is quite extensive as you can see by the number of listings I have. I only have four of Isaac Knight's paintings. This particular painting is quite appealing, with birds in graceful flight, and a sailboat in the distance. This wonderful artist passed away this year. He is missed.

Recently the prices of all the Highwaymen's works have steadily gone up. I would expect prices to continue to rise, especially after the movie about the Highwaymen is released.

Many people now consider the Highwaymen's art is a 'hedge' against inflation. I want to stress that art should be picked by one's heart; not their accountant!
