For sale is 1 of 5 chicken spool pin cushion whimsies that I recently acquired. It was formerly part of the Steve and Pat Center collection. This one is made of black wool, and has a red velvet comb and a red fabric wattle, as well as button eyes, and an embroidered mouth, wings and tail details. It feels like it is stuffed with cotton wadding. The whimsy measures about 7 3/4" tall, and is in very nice antique condition with no significant issues. Please look carefully at the pictures as they are an important part of the description, and be sure to ask any questions.
